General Regulations for Loyalty Programs for La Botica
The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV, presents the Loyalty Program , with the objective of creating customer loyalty, offering a range of benefits such as: a) Discounts and b) Points.

DISCOUNTS
The Discounts program gives all our customers the benefit of discounts on purchases of selected products.
Discount Application Mechanics
- The discount is applied to the price without tax.
- Discounts are applied at the time of billing, that is, at the time the customer makes the purchase transaction.
- Discount cannot be applied on discount; and in promotions no additional discount applies, without exceptions.
Discount Application Restrictions
- The discount percentage may vary and is established on selected products and laboratories.
- The discount percentage may vary by laboratory, by line or by sales channel (branch/home/online sales).
- The discount percentage may change according to the season or current promotion.
- Restrictions may apply. Minimum amounts and discount ceilings.
Validity of the Discount program:
The validity is indefinite, however, the conditions may be modified at the time the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV so provides.
PHARMACY POINTS
Customer data will be handled confidentially and customer privacy is guaranteed.
General conditions:
- The Points program has an indefinite duration. The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV, reserves the right to modify or terminate partially or totally, as it deems necessary, the regulations, standards, privileges, benefits and awards of any kind at its discretion and without prior notice.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV, reserves the right to implement changes in the products and/or product lines that apply to accumulate points and make exchanges.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV, reserves the right to implement changes in points accumulation and redemption factors.
- If the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV decides to terminate the Program, the accumulation of points will take place up to thirty calendar days after the defined and communicated termination date. The exchange of Points may be carried out up to 60 calendar days after the termination date previously described. After this period, all customers will lose the right to accumulate, redeem or claim previously accumulated Points.
- A personal or credit customer must have their account active and their balance up to date to accumulate and redeem Points.
- Even if the Points program is already in operation, specific types of products or lines may be excluded from the accumulation and redemption of points at the discretion of the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV-
Point Accumulation Mechanics:
- In order to accumulate points, customers must download and register in the La Botica app with their identity number and contact information prior to making the purchase.
- The Points accumulation program will have a loyalty program enabled by type of customer and will accumulate:
- Normal Customer Cash Payment: One (1) Point for each L. 33.00.
- Customer Credit: One (1) Point for every L. 50.00.
- Special Client: One (1) Point for each L. 25.00.

The following transactions are exempt from the accumulation of Points :
- Consumption with financing programs and Extra and Intrafinancing
- Corporate/business clients.
- If at the time of conversion the accumulation of points results in a non-integer number (with decimals), this is always rounded to the lowest integer.
- The accumulation is carried out on subtotal, purchases without including the value of the ISV.
- The point accumulation limit is per customer type:
- Natural/Personal Client Cash Payment: 500 Points per month
- Credit Customer: 1,000 Points per month
- Natural/Special Personal Client: 500 Points per month
- If any purchase made is totally or partially reversed, the Points that have been generated will also be reversed.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV reserves the right to review the point balances accumulated by clients.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV reserves the right to extract Points from the accounts of clients that have been erroneously credited.
- Additional Points accumulated due to specific promotional campaigns or for compensation or goodwill do not become an obligation to grant to all members of the points program.
- Points are removed after 1 year (365 days) of an account without activity (No purchases made)
Points Redemption
- Points accumulated by customers may be redeemed in the following way (As authorized):
- Immediately applied to your purchase invoice.
- Immediately for products in any of the branches.
- Any other type of exchange that the company deems appropriate to add.
- The point exchange method(s) may vary at any time without prior notice and without the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV having any responsibility or obligation towards the client.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV will establish the applicable rates and exchange factors for each type of exchange requested by the client.
Others:
- It is allowed to exchange Points + cash, in those cases in which the client does not have the necessary points to make a total exchange, the points that the client has available can be redeemed and the rest paid in cash or with a credit card or debit, this according to the current exchange factor.
- The exchange of products or promotional products will be subject to availability of goods or services requested by the customer at the time of redemption.
- The company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV reserves the right to decide on which products or promotional items the points can be redeemed. The product line(s) in which the points can be applied may vary at any time without prior notice and without the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV , having any responsibility or obligation towards the client.
- The redemption of points can be suspended by the company Corporación Farma S. de RL de CV , until any discrepancy or anomaly observed is satisfactorily resolved.
